Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (excluding weekends / public holidays). All orders are dispatched from our HQ in the Scottish Border using Royal Mail as our main courier service.

 

If you would like to place an order for delivery out-with the UK please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

*Although we aim to get your order to you within the estimated timeframes, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out with our control (e.g adverse weather conditions / industrial strike action by our delivery partners).

1. About Us Love Scottish is a Scottish lifestyle brand founded by Lesley Landels, specialising in premium hand-poured candles, reed diffusers, and gifts. We are based in Scotland, United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Products All products are handmade in Scotland. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or amend product descriptions at any time. Colours may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

5. Orders & Cancellations Orders are processed within 1 working day. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.

6. Returns & Refunds You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Shipping We ship via Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Love Scottish and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Scottish shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
